About Us

CTBC Financial Management College was funded in 2015 by CTBC Financial Holding Company, one of the largest privately-owned bank in Taiwan, and we concentrate in the areas of banking, finance, and management. Having CTBC Financial Holding as our industrial partner, the College is fully subscribed to the practical learning and teaching approach by integrating knowledge and concepts into practical experiences with faculty from the banking and financial industry. We are a boutique business school locates in Tainan, a historical southern city of Taiwan. With the support from the banking industry, our students are offered with learning opportunity at the domestic or overseas outlet of the bank, and other first-tier business schools in the world.

Academic Programs

The Department of Banking and Finance emphasizes practical applications and interdisciplinary integration with an aim to cultivate students into future pillars of practitioners in finance. The Department of Business Administration strives to cultivate business administration professionals through developing students’ independent thinking, professionalism and innovation, and abilities to handle international and foreign affairs. The Graduate School of Financial Management focuses on research methods, practical and professional skills, and case analysis ability to foster international managerial professionals in finance.

Working with different top-ranking business schools around the world, the College offers sponsorship for qualified students to study abroad to maximize learning efficiency as well as learning different cultures and banking industry of other countries.

Scholarship and Grant

Join the Language and Culture Exchange Program and speak your native languages to make friends with Taiwanese students. By interacting with the local students, we will provide a tuition waiver, a free on-campus dormitory, and meals for every semester.

International Student Services

Mandarin Lessons We believe learning a new foreign language is essential to enhance your study abroad experience, so we offer free Mandarin lessons to all international students. On-campus Dormitory The recent-furnished student dormitory offers the Internet access, AC, and individual bathroom in each room. There are also a public laundry facility and social lounge for students to use. Career Consulting CTBC aims to cultivate international financial experts for CTBC Financial Holding Company and its 106 international outlets in the United States, Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, and other countries. Financial career consulting and interview referral services are offered to international students to further develop their career path and inspiration.
