Subjects that lead to specializations are based on basic subjects so that the output is a complex knowledge and skills in the field of business and entrepreneurship.
Advisory project
After completing all the courses in the program, students take on the role of internal or external consultants and solve business issues to find a viable solution to this - at the beginning of a clearly defined - problem. In other words, they occupy a practical and methodical approach to problem solving, so they can finally prove the knowledge gained from the whole program.
Students also choose a mentor from their professors who will do them through a 5-month study. The teacher discusses individual project ideas and, together with the students, concludes in the final form on the basis of the following: an access / system identification that is no longer functional or needs to be altered; identifying a problem area that needs a solution or creating a brand new business. The assumption is that the student will be able to effectively work and study, by identifying an area that does not work properly in his or her work or needs a different or completely new solution. The student then performs primary and secondary research on the problem; analyzes the findings that are then reflected in the feasibility of the problem being solved. In essence, the student becomes the business consultant of the company.
The student then regularly reviews progress with his mentor, from which he receives feedback on the work he has done. In this way, the professor will be able to help him streamline his work and achieve the set goal. At the end of these five months, the student handed the tied work to his counselor for assessment.
