Master in Business Administration - MBA Universidad Carlos III de Madrid

Introduction
This is the only MBA Program offered at UC3M and the only one accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA). It is also the only Master’s degree with a double international accreditation (AMBA and AACSB).
The MBA is an 11-month, full-time program delivered in English and has a long tradition within the university as it has been offered for almost 20 years. Classes take place on weekdays, from 9 am to 5 pm, at the university’s unique campus in downtown Madrid (Puerta de Toledo). Students are highly international and have an average of over 5 years of work experience. Faculty includes a balanced mix of business consultants, managers, and academics, with degrees from top international universities.
As part of the MBA, students participate in the development of high-technology start-ups. They benefit from a unique partnership with the university’s Science Park and business incubator which allows them to work side by side with high tech entrepreneurs and inventors. This partnership has been nominated by AMBA for the 2020 Business School Innovation Award.
The curriculum is designed to prepare students for the most pressing business challenges of today, with a particular emphasis on digitalization, sustainability, and internationalization. But the MBA is more than its curriculum: it is a life-changing experience.

Career Opportunities
Spain's main business center
Madrid is one of Europe’s main cities and has vibrant leisure and cultural life. It is also Spain’s main business center -the most important Spanish companies have their corporate headquarters in Madrid- and its financial capital.
Centrally located at the heart of the country, its airport is one of the largest in Europe, providing wide options for intercontinental and intra-European flights. Madrid is also at the core of Spain’s high-speed train system and other important Spanish cities can be reached by railway too.
The program is delivered in downtown Madrid, at a central location close to the Royal Palace, Opera House, and Plaza Mayor. The campus building is one of the best examples of the 1930s “rationalist architecture” in Madrid, has been totally renovated, and hosts most of the university’s Master’s degrees, thus providing a great networking environment.
Close links with the corporate world
Career-wise, you will benefit from UC3M’s extraordinary reputation among employers. UC3M has close links with the corporate world and organizes the largest employment fair in the city, called Forempleo. The university has a large offering of internships and if interested you will be able to extend your stay in Madrid to take an internship and thus complement your studies with actual work experience in Madrid.
Within the MBA, our leadership and career development modules will help you develop your skills, identify where you want to go professionally after the MBA, and improve your “branding” to successfully continue your career after the MBA is over. You will also benefit from the support of our alumni network, a global network of professionals working in the most diverse industries and business functions.
