You will carry out guaranteed paid internships. Our commitment to your development goes beyond training. For this reason, we will support you in your jump into the labor market through a contract to carry out paid internships, with a minimum duration of six months.

Curriculum - Methodology

The Exponential MBA lasts for one academic year plus a six-month internship period. During the school term, the program is taught from Monday to Friday in the morning and / or afternoon, thus requiring exclusive dedication.

The Official Master's Degree in Business Management and Administration consists of 90 ECTS that are structured in the following 6 modules:

The Superior Certificate in Exponential and Digital Business is composed of:

The IESIDE Exponential MBA is aimed at young recent graduates from any university degree and without prior professional experience. Admission process:

To start the admission process, you must send the duly completed admission form along with the following documentation:

• University degree or proof of application.
• Complete academic record.
• Accreditation if you have an official English qualification.

Once the admission form is received, we will set a date for you to take the entrance exams, which will consist of:

• English level test

The payment methods are:

1. Single payment

If you satisfy the price of the master at the beginning of the program, you will benefit from a 4% discount. This will be applied once the registration has been paid and other discounts / bonuses have been applied.

2. Monthly payment without interest

Once the tuition is discounted, the remaining amount will be paid in 10 monthly installments of the same amount.

The Master in Business Administration and Management lasts one academic year, with a total study load of 60 ECTS credits.

The study plan of this university master's degree is organized around four modules:

Transversal training, specialization, external curricular practices and final integration.

cross training

The Transversal Training module is oriented so that the student develops all the general skills that favor professional practice. We talk about aspects related to the company, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, sustainability, critical thinking, information search and analysis of sources, communication, teamwork and preparation and presentation of reports.

As it is a transversal module, it is common in different master's degrees, branches and areas of knowledge. Therefore, it is the perfect opportunity for students to interact within multidisciplinary groups, with common knowledge and interests, but from different points of view.

The module, which consists of 12 ECTS credits, promotes the development of sensitive people, with social commitment and respect for nature. It also includes training for research, critical thinking, as well as methodology and standards for the preparation and writing of scientific articles.

Specialization

The Specialization module, made up of 36 compulsory credits, constitutes the axis for the definition of the professional profile and is divided into two subjects: Business Management and Strategy and Management.

The Business Management subject allows progress from the operational vision of the business activity towards the strategic vision aligned with the general direction of the company. Each of the company's departments will be studied: Finance, Marketing, Systems and International, acquiring the necessary knowledge for their management, without forgetting the interrelation that exists between them.

In Strategy and Management, the necessary knowledge regarding the strategic process is provided: the definition, implementation and control of the strategy, helping to optimize the potential of students as managers. In short, this subject will enhance the entrepreneurial spirit of MBA students through the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to manage a company from a global perspective.

The Global Business subject is taught entirely in English, enabling the student to put into practice and improve their level of business English.

External curricular practices

The curricular internships consist of the incorporation of students into the labor market. They are integrated into the master's degree curriculum, so they have the same consideration as any other university subject, and are compulsory. They are regulated by university regulations and begin in the second semester. In addition, they can be extended to the extraordinary summer semester.

End Integration

The Final Integration module consists of 6 compulsory credits and focuses on the development and presentation of the Master's Thesis. Each student, with the help of a tutor, will carry out a piece of work, which may be research, experimental or professional. The work must be publicly defended before the court designated by the UIE.

In order to qualify for the defense, in addition to having passed all the ECTS of the Master, the student must be in possession of the Practicum approval certificate and a B1 level of English according to the Common Framework of Reference for languages (CEFR).
