"For many years the training and development of adults, of people with a professional career already started, with a designed life project, has resembled, if not identical, to the methodology used in traditional education. If the metaphor is allowed, the programs offered are similar to the operation of ATMs but used in an inverse way to that of the bank: the student puts their money in the ATM and receives the training material.
