The all-English, one-year MBA Full-Time allows you to create a broad portfolio of leadership and management skills in an international setting.

The MBA Full-Time deals with questions such as:
- What tasks await today´s executives in the field of general management?
- What elements are important for integrated corporate management?
- How do I control and successfully implement international business processes?
- How do I resolve conflicts in intercultural environments?
- What management and leadership skills are crucial in (international) practice?
Study plan overview
The MBA Full-Time provides you with a broad portfolio of management and leadership skills; preparing you for roles in the management of global businesses in just one year. In addition to the compulsory modules, you can choose one of three specialisations and apply your knowledge to a business project/company of your choice, which you can undertake in Germany or abroad.
