What You Will Learn
Develop Service Excellence Understanding
Forecasts suggest that services could account for up to one-third of world trade by 2040. Digitalization is opening countless doors for businesses, creating more ways to reach new customers. To achieve such success, however, businesses need to engage with people on a personal level and meet their changing expectations.
Our EMBA teaches you how to lead in your industry by prioritizing customer experience. Whether you want to add more value through your business or transition your offer from products to services, the program shows you how to make people the focus of your operations.
Become a Successful Leader
Our EMBA curriculum gives you the essential people and business skills you need to thrive as a leader. It focuses on how you, as an individual leader, can change culture, mindsets, and behavior throughout your organization to reinstate personal connections in an increasingly digital world.
Everything we teach through the EMBA will carry you through your career. As well as gaining hard skills for business strategy, you will gain the vital soft, interpersonal skills that people always value and respect.
