Full-time MBA in International Business

The full-time MBA addresses all the major issues of International Business and corporate culture; analyzes of management techniques; It develops the managerial and decision-making skills.
The Master prepares a creative and global management practice: an MBA graduate is able to deal with business situations with an attitude as a leader and take on a new role in the company.

Program
The MBA program in International Business Full-Time covers in 12 months all issues traditionally treated in a 2-year MBA program, with a demanding and challenging path.
The intensity of the Master makes much richer and stronger your MBA experience, both from a point of personally and professionally.
PHASE I - REQUIRED COURSES
The first part of the program includes 14 obbliagatori courses, aimed to convey a general understanding of the business. At this stage you'll get all the basics on company management: finance, budget and control, marketing, organization and management of human resources, economics, strategy and logistics.
PHASE II - ELECTIVE COURSES
The second part is cut on your interests and your professional aspirations. Choosing between different courses Electives is possible to construct a path of study that reflects the different professional projects.
PHASE III - IN ACTION
And 'the stage where you put into practice the knowledge learned, working on a project in the field, carrying out a corporate internship or taking part in an International Exchange Program.
LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT
It develops throughout the program period and aims to bring out the individual skills required to manage resources and results.

Curriculum
The MBA in International Business is designed for motivated professionals and offers both full-time and part-time options.
But there is only one MIB Trieste MBA: same faculty, same curriculum, same MBA. The learning is equal across the two MBA formats, and you can choose your own pace to complete it.
The same passion, motivation, responsibility, and active participation are required.
- The 12-month full-time option is intense and fast-paced. Only 8 months of on-campus or online attendance are expected, followed by on-the-field experiences in collaboration with partner companies.
MBA Curriculum is divided into 3 Phases.
Phase I - Core (approximately October - February)
The first phase of the MBA includes 3 mandatory Core Sections: the General Management courses, the courses of the Major Concentration in International Business, and the Entrepreneurship & Innovation track.
Phase II - Elective (approximately February - May)
After the “Core” courses, participants customize the Master's by choosing one of the Minor Concentrations and a number of Elective Courses.
Phase III - Projects (approximately June - September)
Development of individual or group Research, Consulting, and Entrepreneurial Projects, in collaboration with companies. This phase also includes opportunities for Study Exchange Programs abroad and the preparation of the Final Project, which will be presented at the Graduation.
To obtain the MBA diploma, each participant must earn at least 70 ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer System). Each credit equates to an average of 25 hours of workload.
